Our room overlooked the beautiful pool and gardens. The food, wine, and pool bar service were top-notch. The tranquil surroundings allowed for a truly relaxing getaway. Comparable to the finest 5* hotels in Dubai. A first-class experience deserving of praise. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect luxury resort vacation! Suites are large with comfortable king-size bed. Loved the heated floors in bathroom. Well-stocked mini fridge. Greeted warmly on arrival and escorted to bar with complimentary cocktail. Housekeeping was excellent. Loved sitting out on our large balcony.
Problem with allocation of rooms. Did not get the rooms we booked and confirmed.

Staff helpful, allowed early check-in. Spa facilities excellent. Es Fum restaurant expensive but good. Stayed 3 nights, wanted longer. Service top-notch, butler took care of everything.
